  • The old and lively neighbourhood is easy to reach from the Central Station or Shiphol International Airport. Just 15 minutes by tram from Central Station or 20 minutes by taxi from Shiphol.
  • This nice area has many brown Cafes, Bars, Eating Places and famous Dutch coffee shops. All daily necessities like Supermarket, Post Office, Pharmacy, or Laundry service are within a few minutes walk
  • In the same area you can take the Heineken Brewery tour, visit the biggest open air Market or go to the Van Gogh, National or Modern Art museum. The Vondelpark is just a bit further. Nightlife areas are within walking distance.
  • Just 10 minutes to RAI exebition center.

Public transport

From Schiphol airport
Take a train to Amsterdam Central Station (costs: EU 2,90 one way). The train takes about 15 minutes.

From Amsterdam Central Station
Take tram 16,24 and get out at the Albert Cuypstraat.Walk back to Ferdinand Bolstraat (main street).
Continue Ferdinand Bolstraat and take the 6-th street to the right. (cafe Gambrinus). This is Rustenburgerstraat.
We are on the corner of the next blok. With bright yellow door.

From Amsterdam Amstel (train & bus) Station:
Take tram 12 and get out at crossing of Ceintuurbaan and Ferdinand Bolstraat. Walk back on Ferdinand Bolstraat and take the second street to the right. See from Central Station

By Taxi :
Tell the driver you want to be dropped off at the crossing of Rustenburgerstraat and Dusartstraat.(next to Ferdinand Bollstraat). The drive from Schiphol Airport costs about EURO 30,-. From Central Station taxi ride takes longer then the tram ride.

Getting there by car: (map)
From the ringroad/motorway (A10) around Amsterdam, head for 'Ring A10 Zuid' (ring South). Take exit S109 (RAI) and go right at the traffic lights.
Keep going straight ahead, past a few traffic lights and a roundabout. This is the Europaboulevard.RAI buildings (expo center) on your left After the expo center keep right. Do not follow anymore sign Center. This is Scheldestraat.
Distance from ringroad till here is aprox 800 meters. Again straight on, past a traffic light and a bridge (Okura hotel on your right.
Just before the next traffic lights go left.(cafe Roos) turn left at the first crossing.
We are located on the next corner with a bright yellow door.
Here it is paid parking from 9.00h-23.00h (except on Sundays and public holidays).
Parking cost EURO 13,50 per day

There is a parking garage at the Museumsquare,
about 5 min. walk from Bed & Coffee.
